La pandemia ha puesto a la humanidad bajo una excepcional circunstancia. En la que los seres humanos, individualmente, acompañados a veces con nuestras familias, caímos en una vulnerabilidad comunicacional extrema.
Efectivamente, debido a las restricciones para movernos físicamente, dependemos ahora en alto grado de las empresas comunicacionales.
Resulta peligrosísimo, entonces, que algunas de estas empresas aproveche nuestra dependencia para efectuar sobre nuestras vidas un espionaje pormenorizado. Y utilice nuestros datos personales como mercancía de intercambio.
Lo primero, pues un adolescente que tuvo cierto golpe de fortuna al inventar un sistema de comunicaciones exitoso, y se volvió de la noche a la mañana multimillonario, no tiene la capacidad para evaluar decisiones que pueden afectar, en algunos casos, las vidas y las muertes de las personas en todo el mundo.

Debido a ello creo llegada la hora de demostrar nuestro poder como seres humanos individuales, dándonos de baja inmediatamente de las redes sociales que no garantizan nuestra seguridad ni respetan nuestras identidades sociales y culturales.
Afortunadamente existen alternativas de empresas mucho más sensatas y respetuosas. Que nos permiten estar comunicados con las personas que nos interesan, sin entrometerse en nuestras opioniones personales o recoger detalles de nuestras vidas. Que pueden ser, por incomprensibles para los espías, muy mal usadas e interpretadas.
Por último, considero adecuada y loable la iniciativa del presidente de México, Andrés Manuel López Obrador. En el sentido de proponer a los países del mundo, un control legal eficiente de los estados, sobre las empresas de comunicación e internet. Así como también monitorear y penalizar la toma de decisiones sobre los individuos, ejercidas por estas empresas privadas. Y que debido a las leyes establecidas por la Humanidad, a lo largo de 50.000 años de evolucinar, la función de imponer restricciones a la libertad de expresión individual puede ser, aún en circunstancias muy excepcionales, facultad sólo de los Estados.
